Jessica Carnley

I’m Jessica Carnley, a licensed Louisiana esthetician with an extreme passion for makeup artistry. I'm currently residing in the culturally rich city of New Orleans and working along the Gulf Coast.

 

I would consider my specialty to be natural, second skin-like makeup but I’m well versed in all styles and I love creating more dramatic makeup looks as well. My goal is for people to say “Wow she looks great!" Not just her makeup looks great.
